Azure Data Engineer With ETL:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer With ETL for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Its paying well and my client can interview asap

Role Description:

  • Design and build data solutions:
    Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using Azure services.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes:
    Build, manage, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory.
  • Manage data storage:
    Implement and manage Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Ensure data quality:
    Apply data validation, cleansing, and QA methodologies to maintain data integrity.
  • Optimize performance:
    Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and databases to resolve performance issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
    Work with data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Ensure security:
    Implement data security and access controls using Azure Key Vault and related security tools.

Essential Skills:

  • Azure services:
    Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, ADLS, Azure Key Vault.
  • Programming & scripting:
    Python, SQL, PySpark.
  • Data modeling:
    Designing and maintaining scalable and consistent data models.
  • Cloud concepts:
    Strong understanding of data warehousing and cloud-based data architectures.
  • Analytical skills:
    Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
