We are hiring Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Functional Consultantfor the position based in Malmö, Sweden (On-site or Remote within EU).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in payment configuration and omni-channel commerce. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining, configuring, and enhancing payment processes across POS, Call Center, and E-commerce channels. This includes ensuring seamless system integration, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce (formerly AX Retail).
  • Strong expertise in payment configuration across multiple retail channels.
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel commerce solution architecture.
  • Experience working with POS, Call Center, and E-commerce integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective configuration and functional designs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in EU-based or global retail environments is an advantage.
