The Role: What will you do?
As a Senior Management Consultant, You Are The Client's Trusted Advisor And The Driving Force Behind Strategic Initiatives. Your Assignments Will Involve

• Leading Strategic Transformation: Advising and guiding the client's management team through major organizational and digital changes related to IT and business strategy.
• Platform Strategy & Data Enablement: Evaluating, selecting, and defining future architecture for business-critical data and application platforms (e.g., modern data stacks, ERP, CRM, E-commerce systems). This includes addressing AI integration risks and maximizing data consumption.
• CxO-Level Project Management: Being responsible for governance, risk management, and progress in complex implementation programs.
• Internal Leadership: Actively participating in Umain's business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and developing our competency pool.

Who are you?
We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has 6+ years of relevant experience in business applications and data platforms (such as ERP, SCM, CRM, E-commerce, or modern data stack implementation) from roles like Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Management Consultant.
• Is driven by a deep passion for transforming strategy into measurable digital business results.
• Has a documented ability to lead and execute large change initiatives across various industries.
• Is a natural leader who creates an inclusive and results-focused team environment.
• Has an exceptional ability to structure and communicate complex technical ideas to both developers and management teams.

Required Competencies

• Functional Deep Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge within at least two core domains (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Sales, or Maintenance).
• System Experience: Relevant experience working with core business systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM solutions), coupled with an understanding of modern Data Platforms (e.g., Cloud Data Lakes/Warehouses).
• Strategic AI & Data Governance: Foundational understanding of how AI readiness and data quality impact core business systems.
• Collaborative Mindset: You possess a collaborative and open mindset, value continuous development, and are a dedicated team player focused on building long-term client relationships.
• Analytical Drive: You have a critical-thinking mindset focused on the bigger picture and can quickly identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Language: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
