Web Experience Lead

As our Web Experience Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our e-commerce websites consistently deliver a seamless and high-quality experience across all markets. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of content, page updates, and campaigns, making sure everything is polished, functional, and aligned with established brand guidelines.

You will act as the central coordinator between creative, content, and e-commerce teams, ensuring that all website changes and initiatives are implemented efficiently and maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will report to our Head of Regional Activation and work with a talented team who's making sure our website has top quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Website Experience Oversight: Ensure the structure, navigation and content of the site are clear, consistent, and user-friendly across markets. Maintain operational standards for page quality and usability.

• Content Quality & Accuracy: Review and approve web content updates, product pages, and campaign materials for completeness, consistency, and alignment with guidelines. Ensure all content is accurate, visually coherent, and ready for publishing.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with creative, content, marketing, and e-commerce teams to plan and execute website updates, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Ensure smooth implementation and adherence to timelines.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks of live pages, modules, and campaigns to identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or usability issues before and after publishing.

• Governance & Standards: Maintain standards for web content, visual consistency, and accessibility. Support local markets in implementing content while ensuring a cohesive experience across regions.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor the overall website experience and workflow to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, quality improvements, and more seamless execution of updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or coordinating large-scale e-commerce websites or digital platforms.

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and publishing processes.

• Ability to enforce standards and maintain high-quality output across multiple markets.

As a person, you have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You're comfortable coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders. You're proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on operational excellence.
