Digital UX and Web Experience Designer

About the Role

As a Digital UX and Web Experience Designer at Cherry Online, you will be a key player in bringing our brand books to life and, together with our Art Director, translating them into visually appealing and functional digital experiences. You will ensure that each brand's identity and color palette are implemented thoughtfully, with a focus on usability, readability, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that brand identity and design guidelines are correctly implemented in the digital environment.
  • Own and develop the user journey across our sites with a focus on conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, product owners, marketing team, and developers to translate concepts into visual solutions with high user experience quality.
  • Optimize user flows through testing, iteration, and data driven decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior and translate insights into visual and functional improvements.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in UX or web design, preferably from gaming, e commerce, or other digital industries.
  • Strong sense of visual design and the ability to ensure that brand identity and usability work seamlessly together.
  • Independent and confident in managing projects from concept to delivery.
  • Able to combine creativity with analytical thinking to create both visually appealing and functional solutions.
  • Experience with apps or mobile applications, or interest in developing within that area.
  • Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools to create wireframes and user flows.
  • Understanding of digital tracking and analytics tools and the ability to use them to generate insights about user behavior.
  • Clear communicator in both Swedish and English, with the ability to adapt tone based on audience and context.
