Purchasing Manager

Are you passionate about purchasing? Do you have experience in ERP systems for pharmaceutical or biotech development and GMP production? Key responsibilities:

• You will manage the purchasing process, i.e., sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders for our development projects in R&D and GMP production.
• You will plan, follow-up and report progress for timely delivery of materials to projects.
• You will have an administrating role for Business Central, which we are implementing during spring 2026.
• You will work closely with warehouse on deliveries and stock items.
• You will be an important player contributing to continuously improving our purchasing process, reducing costs and minimizing waste.
• Your work is truly cross-functional and requires interaction and networking on all levels both within and outside our organization.

Qualifications:

The position requires a B. Sc. our equivalent, in Science or Finance with several years (+5) of experience from procurement using ERP in GMP environment. Experience in Business Central and purchasing for biotech development and production is advantageous/desirable. Experience in MS Office is required.

A proven track record of procurement or equivalent coordination skills is of importance.

You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
