Job Requirements
YOUR ROLE
As the Internal Service Delivery Manager for IT, you will

• Lead initiatives and small projects involving various stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business units and IT to ensure alignment.
• Establish strong network to build trust and manage expectations.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our IT environment.
• Design, implement, upgrade, manage and follow up on the Service Level Agreements between IT and different business units within SSC.
• Follow up on decided KPIs and report status to different stakeholders.
• Implement ITIL processes.
• Hold meetings with user communities and service delivery communities to ensure IT deliveries.
• Coordinate and lead actions between the different IT units as well as with customers.
• Ensure that all IT services, solutions, and processes meet defined quality standards and align with business objectives.

The Position Requires Broad IT Competence And Experience From

• Microsoft environment (M365, Azure AD, etc).
• ITIL.
• Industry standards and technology for Workplace, Cyber security, Networking and Server.
• Cloud technologies.
• SaaS products and services.

It is beneficial if you have worked with IT and cybersecurity frameworks.

LOCATION

The position is located either in Kiruna or in Solna and may involve some limited and plannable travel. The position is organized in the IT Workplace & Collaboration Services team within IT.
