Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden ASSA ABLOY Full time 60,000 - 90,000 per year

Are you passionate about web technology, eager to take ownership, and ready to lead projects from start to finish? If so, join our high-performing Digital Communications & CX team in Stockholm, Sweden, where we deliver modern websites for ASSA ABLOY brands across the globe.

You would thrive in an agile, collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and experimentation. Working with a diverse, cross-functional team from around the world, you would help deliver best-in-class customer experience. You would also have the freedom to innovate and enhance third-party applications that keep our websites running smoothly.

No two days are the same—each day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities

What you would do as our Technical Project Manager

You would be a proactive and independent professional who can oversee the applications and integrations essential for operating our external websites. You would ensure stability, security, and high performance by coordinating across teams and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.

While expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and web development is valuable, the key requirement is your ability to take initiative, deliver results, and bring enthusiasm for agile ways of working.

You would also:

  • Take ownership of third-party applications used on our external websites throughout their lifecycle (e.g., internal search engine, dealer locator, cookie management, cloud hosting, CDN).
  • Oversee integrations between external platforms and our websites, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security (e.g., PIMs, press release platform, job openings platform, authentication platform).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and integration partners, including coordinating internal resources responsible for implementing technical improvements.
  • Monitor costs and usage of third-party applications, tracking website health and technical performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including CMS, APIs, hosting, monitoring tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in website management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.

Since every day at ASSA ABLOY brings new challenges, it's important to have an open mindset and understand that responsibilities may evolve over time.

To be considered for this role, you must be legally eligible to work in Sweden and able to work from the office a few days per week.
