We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to deliver work that transforms ambitious ideas into scalable digital commerce solutions for our clients.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will orchestrate complex e-commerce projects where design, strategy, and technology converge. You will provide structure and clarity, guiding clients and teams through the intricacies of technical delivery while always keeping sight of the business and customer impact. This is an opportunity to not just manage projects, but to shape outcomes that make a difference.
The RoleYou will lead the delivery of high-profile e-commerce projects for some of the most ambitious retail brands in the Nordics and Europe. Working closely with strategists, designers, and developers, you will ensure that our projects are not only technically sound but strategically aligned and creatively ambitious. From roadmaps and requirements to delivery and growth, you will connect all parts of the process to create purposeful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex e-commerce projects from discovery to launch and beyond
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and clear delivery plans
• Partner with clients as their trusted advisor in both technical and "everything e-com" matters, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align strategy, design, and development
• Deliver on scope, budget, timelines and resource planning while safeguarding quality and excellence in delivery
• Anticipate risks and resolve challenges to keep projects on track and impactful
• Experienced in leading technical projects, ideally within e-commerce, digital platforms, or agency environments
• Comfortable navigating between business goals and technical solutions, with a strong understanding of architectures, integrations, and workflows
• Skilled in agile methodologies and tools
• A confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles, from workshops to roadmaps to solution presentations
• Structured, analytical, and outcome-focused, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire confidence
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
