Job summary – What to expect:
As a Customer Marketing Manager & Insights within our Nordics Marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of agreed category initiatives within Key Accounts and working with CooperVision EMEA and regional / local customer teams.
This position has 4 direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the EMEA category team to develop, interpret, and package insights for the Nordic Customer Marketing team ensuring that the team is upskilled and can deliver valued added conversations with key customers.
- Leading, developing and inspiring the Nordic Customer Marketing Team to create excellent joint business plans with key customers. As team leader for the customer marketing team, you will be responsible for driving engagement and supporting personal development for team members.
- Analysing market/customer data and trends in order to develop compelling, insight-driven stories that support growth of the contact lens category.
- Building and developing category expertise to enable constructive support as well as challenge of regional / local CooperVision and customer teams to ensure maximum impact.
- Analysis of category initiative effectiveness to inform program modifications and roll-out plans.
- Understanding and developing expertise on category drivers and key account customers' business requirements and lead initiatives and projects that meet the specific needs of their business.
Working directly with Key Account customers, as well as the Nordic Customer Business Teams to implement learnings and programs.

Travel:
- Travel approximately 10%, mainly within Nordics but also within Europe.
About you:
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of five years' experience in a commercial function, including minimum two years' experience in a business-to-business commercial role.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills; ability to manage diverse, remote and cross-functional teams within CooperVision Nordics.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required (English).
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office and Outlook required.
- Excellent applied qualitative and quantitative analytic skills.
- Knowledge of organizational dynamics; proven history of managing within complex business environments required.
Proven experience in working collaboratively with large customers, including development of joint business plans.
Preferred
- Category management or research experience preferred.
- Experience of working internationally preferred.
- Experience in the vision care category preferred.
Bachelor's Degree qualified, / marketing qualification preferred.
