Where You Make An Impact

  • Define and execute the Nordic e-commerce strategy to drive growth and reinforce brand positioning
  • Lead the e-commerce platform development roadmap in collaboration with central IT and global teams, ensuring scalability, stability, and compliance
  • Own online P&L levers and optimize the customer experience, including CRO, UX, and CMS content strategy
  • Integrate marketing campaigns and analytics (GA4, CRM) to maximize omnichannel impact and deliver actionable performance insights
  • Ensure governance and data quality excellence, including catalog readiness, category onboarding, pricing accuracy, and adherence to accessibility and compliance standards
