The Role

We are seeking a
Group Finance Manager
to join our office at
Hötorget in central Stockholm
. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, but also working closely with the CFO and VP Business Control — driving financial performance, reporting, shaping the company's investor story, and strengthening its capital structure as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through analysis of financial and operational data, contribute to improving both top- and bottom-line performance across the company
  • Craft visually engaging materials for the board, as well as for debt- and equity investors
  • Support the company's liquidity and leverage forecasting models, providing data-driven recommendations to executive management
  • Coordinate monthly business reviews and support management reporting to ensure clear performance narratives and actionable insights
  • Develop and analyse company KPIs, and contribute to the continued improvement of the company's KPI dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
  • Lead initiatives to enhance cash efficiency and optimize the company's capital structure
  • Support the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Your Profile

You will be a key player in our team with high exposure to executive management and our Private Equity owners. We are looking for someone who brings a strong analytical foundation, commercial curiosity, and the ability to communicate with impact.

  • 2-4 years of experience from management consulting, investment banking, private equity, inhouse FP&A or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling - highly skilled in Excel (familiarity with other tools is a plus but not required)
  • Ability to translate complex financial and strategic matters into clear, engaging, and visually compelling materials
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing & process development capabilities
