As a Measurement Solutions Engineer at Vector, you will work closely with our customers in the Nordics and our international colleagues using the latest technology. You will be a technical expert in the measurement and analysis of embedded systems.

Our platform for advanced measurement and analysis is called CANape, which can also run on specially developed hardware. VX1000 is our interface for embedded systems. See

You will have the opportunity to influence the future of mobility in an industry currently undergoing a technological revolution. We are looking for someone who wants to help drive that development forward. Real-time measurement and analysis on Linux-based systems is one example. Travel is primarily within Sweden, but occasionally within the Nordics and to our headquarters in Germany.

In Sweden, we have offices in Gothenburg (Lindholmen Science Park) and Linköping, where we combine the closeness of a small company with the resources of a large one.

Your Tasks
  • Consulting on measurement solutions and data mining / advanced analysis for embedded systems in automotive (light and heavy vehicles)
  • Assisting our customers as an expert with advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and data mining
  • Collaborating with international teams and participating in global projects at Vector
  • Contributing to technical presentations, seminars, and knowledge sharing
Your Profile
  • Several years of industry experience, high service level, and self-drive with a "go the extra mile" attitude
  • Programming experience, as we often assist our customers with customized scripts for our products
  • Solid understanding of communication buses in automotive such as CAN, Ethernet, and XCP, among others
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time systems from both a hardware and software perspective
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
