C&I Account Manager - Sweden (Gothenburg)

Work style: ~2–3 days/week at our office, ~3–2 days/week on the road with customers

The Role:
As our C&I (Commercial & Industrial) Account Manager in Sweden, you'll own growth for Emaldo's battery storage solutions and Fast DC chargers (plus our related portfolio) across Swedish C&I customers and installer/EPC partners. You'll develop and convert pipeline, run product demos and trainings, visit sites, and close deals – while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You'll be part of the Swedish Sales team, working closely with Pre-Sales/Technical Support, Marketing, and Operations. C&I is your primary focus, but you'll also champion our broader product lineup (including residential solutions) with installer partners when relevant.
What you do:
- Build and manage a healthy C&I pipeline across priority segments (installers/EPCs, developers, end customers).
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → scope/design (with tech) → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Deliver impactful product demos, lunch & learns, and partner trainings (onsite and virtual).
- Sell and position Emaldo battery storage solutions and Fast DC chargers as integrated, value-adding offerings.
- Visit customer sites; capture requirements; coordinate with technical teams on solution design and compliance.
- Prepare clear proposals, support RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate commercial terms aligned with Emaldo policies.
- Maintain CRM excellence (HubSpot/Salesforce): accurate forecasting, activities, and deal hygiene.
- Represent Emaldo at trade shows, roadshows, and partner events in Sweden.
- Gather market feedback; share insights to improve product, pricing, and go-to-market.
- Continuously develop your professional skills; we'll support with relevant training and certifications.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or account management - ideally solar PV, energy storage, EV charging (AC/DC), or other technical solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and managing complex deals.
- Technical aptitude for PV, batteries, inverters, EMS, EV charging (Fast DC) or related systems (you can learn fast, too).
- Confident presenter and trainer - comfortable with groups both small and large.
- CRM fluency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and solid productivity stack skills.
- Swedish speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Bonus: network among Swedish installers/EPCs, developers, or C&I end customers; knowledge of grid/DSO requirements; understanding of financing/PPA models.
