Du har erfarenheten. Du har hanterat hundratals – kanske tusentals – kundärenden. Du vet vad bra service innebär, och du gör det utan att blinka. Nu är frågan: Är du redo för nästa steg?

Vad du kommer göra

Hantera komplexa kundärenden – och lösa dem på riktigt
Ha direktkontakt med kunder via telefon, mejl och chatt
Tänka steget före och bidra till att förbättra våra processer
Representera företaget med skärpa och självförtroende

Vem vi söker

Du har minst 2–3 års erfarenhet av kundservice och är redo att kliva upp en nivå
Du är en kommunikativ stjärna som vet hur man hanterar alla typer av kunder
Du har skinn på näsan, men också fingertoppskänsla när det behövs

Du talar och skriver obehindrat något av följande språk: Danska, Svenska eller Norska. 

(Det är meriterande om du även talar och skriver två av språken obehindrat). 

Vi är inte ute efter någon som bara svarar i telefon och skickar vidare ärenden. Vi letar efter dig som äger varje kundkontakt, löser problem och höjer ribban för vad riktigt bra service innebär.
