Remote Customer Service & Market Support Specialist (Multilingual)
Location: Remote – within Europe (with willingness to travel to the Netherlands)
Employment: Full-time hours per week)
Languages: English or Dutch + at least 2 of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Danish
Start date: December 1st, 2025 (or as soon as possible)

We are Plants Online BV, a fast-growing e-commerce company specialized in selling hedge plants and garden plants across Europe. Our mission is to make gardening easy and accessible for everyone – from urban balconies to large gardens.
To support our growth in the Nordic market, we are looking for a customer service & market support specialist with a commercial mindset who will help us build lasting customer relationships and grow our brand in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
Your role
- As a customer service & market support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic customers and play a key role in the growth of our online business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in Finnish, Swedish and/or Danish
- Advising customers on plant selection, availability, and aftercare
- Supporting sales activities and identifying upselling opportunities
- Conducting market research and analysing trends in the Nordic market
- Assisting with translations and local content (website, newsletters, etc.)
- Supporting marketing and business development projects to strengthen our local presence
- Delivering an excellent customer experience that reflects our brand values
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent in English or Dutch
- Native or fluent in at least 2 of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Danish (every additional language is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales is a plus
- Commercial mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Affinity with gardening, plants or e-commerce – you understand what makes our customers excited about their green projects
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Available during customer service hours (09:00-17:00 CET, some flexibility possible)
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
- Willingness and ability to travel to the Netherlands for training and team meetings
