We are hiring Backend Engineer / Architectfor the position based in Remote (Within EU).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Engineer/Architect will have a strong background in backend system design and architecture, with hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) or equivalent backend technologies. This role requires deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed environments.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Backend development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical or architectural role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#), or equivalent backend stacks such as Java or
  • Proven expertise in Azure cloud architecture (App Services, AKS, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Experience in event-driven systems (Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hubs).
  • Deep understanding of microservices, API design, service meshes, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in eCommerce or headless commerce systems.
  • Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of security best practices for distributed and cloud-based systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to drive architectural discussions with cross-functional teams.
