The role focuses on ensuring clear, consistent, and continuous communication across all key stakeholders — internal teams, the program organization, and external delivery partners — to create alignment around priorities, decisions, and evolving ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate program-wide communication related to decisions, process changes, and improvement initiatives (such as blockers, KPIs, and reporting).
  • Act as a central link between leadership, suppliers, and delivery teams — ensuring that information reaches the operational parts of the organization and that feedback from the field is captured early.
  • Prepare and distribute clear updates, briefings, and newsletters for both internal and external audiences.
  • Support the PMO in change-related activities, including preparing stakeholders for new routines and strengthening implementation and compliance.
  • Ensure consistent tone and structure across all program communications to increase engagement and build trust.

Profile
An individual with proven experience in communication, change support, and complex stakeholder management. Comfortable working in large program environments with multiple involved partners and communicating effectively with both operational and strategic audiences.
