Your role
As a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Solution Architect you'll take on a hands-on consulting role focused on designing and implementing transformative HRSD solutions for Nordic clients. You'll lead client engagements, contribute to pre-sales activities, and shape solution strategies that align with business goals and ServiceNow best practices, combining deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to help global organizations unlock the full potential of ServiceNow HRSD.⸻

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and oversee integrations with HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Conducting workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Guiding delivery teams through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with architecture standards.
• Supporting pre-sales efforts by preparing solution proposals, demos, and estimates.

Your profile

• 8+ years of IT solution design or architecture experience with 4+ years focused on ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong expertise in HRSD modules such as Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and Document Management
• Proven experience in integrating HRSD with HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and/or SAP
• Excellent consulting, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in pre-sales and practice development within a consulting or professional services environment
• Preferably holds certifications in: ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and TOGAF or equivalent.
