We are now looking for a Sourcing Director, EMEA to join our team in Nefab in EMEA.

As Sourcing Director, EMEA, you will be responsible for leading all procurement and sourcing activities across the region to ensure a secure, cost-effective, and compliant supply of raw materials, sub-components, and finished goods. You will drive the development and execution of regional sourcing strategies, manage supplier partnerships, and integrate sustainability and compliance into our sourcing processes.

In This Role, You Will

• Shape and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Nefab's growth and sustainability ambitions.
• Optimize processes and supplier partnerships to support both local and global business objectives.
• Drive cost optimization and compliance through targeted projects, KPI monitoring, and process governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by proactively sharing information with sourcing, engineering, and project teams.
• Promote sustainability by integrating environmentally friendly sourcing practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards.

You will be part of the wider EMEA and Global Sourcing Function, working closely with regional leadership, engineering, operations, and global teams. Our sourcing organization acts as a business partner, communicating and cooperating across departments and geographies to ensure customer needs are met and sustainable growth is achieved.

This position is located in Kista or Jönköping, Sweden], and you will report to EVP, Head of EMEA Region.

Your profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain Management or similar

Experience

• Minimum 7 years in a sourcing/procurement role
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in manufacturing or quality management

Languages

• High proficiency in English, written and verbal
