Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Vitamin Well Group Full time

At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

At our headquarters in Stockholm, the global Category Management function develops the strategies and frameworks that guide our category work across markets. In our core markets, we have an expanding team of local Category Managers who ensure that these strategies are translated into strong commercial execution.

We are now recruiting a Category Manager for Sweden, our home market. This role owns the category agenda for Sweden — a place where decisions are made and strong category work is acted on, not filed away.

About the role

As Category Manager Sweden, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies tailored to the Swedish market. You will work closely with our Insights team, collaborate with the International Category Manager, and partner with the Swedish Sales organisation to ensure that insights, strategies, and customer dialogues drive category growth.

Sweden is our reference market, which means your work will influence not only local outcomes but also how we develop our category approach globally. The role reports to the Global Head of Insights & Category Management and is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.

As our Category Management expert, your work happens in the market with customers — where insights matter only when they become actions.

In short your responsibilities will be
  • Category ownership for Sweden: Responsibility for the category agenda with retailers and the Swedish Sales organisation, ensuring clear direction and measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Shopper- & customer-centred category development: Insight-grounded recommendations on assortment, pricing, placement and category performance, delivered in close collaboration with key customers.

  • Market plans and priority initiatives: Ownership of category plans and customer projects that shape growth, strengthen execution and support new business opportunities.

  • Commercial tools and communication: Development of concept sells, sales materials and internal playbooks that elevate launches, annual reviews and commercial dialogues.

  • Insight, analysis and opportunity identification: Continuous evaluation of consumer, shopper, market and category data to define opportunities and guide the actions that matter most.

What you can expect
  • A role with ownership and influence in our home market.

  • The chance to work with brands that set category standards, where your work directly shapes commercial outcomes.

  • High visibility across our group and close collaboration with global teams.

  • A dynamic environment defined by pace, commercial focus and entrepreneurial problem-solving within functional beverages and foods.

Who are you

You are an analytical and commercially grounded category professional with experience navigating FMCG categories. You build strong relationships, enjoy translating data into clear recommendations, and thrive in an environment where pace, structure and impact go hand in hand. Your way of working is collaborative, pragmatic and driven by a focus on getting things done.

Essential skills to succeed
  • Experience in category management or category development within FMCG.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, including Nielsen and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with structure, follow-up and high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Welcome with your application at the latest January 20th 2026.

We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day.  We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.

Life at Vitamin Well Group

Our growing family is made up of over 600 employees, representing a variety of cultures, experiences and diverse backgrounds. This diversity is a great asset as we continue our expansion and evolve our portfolio. At the same time, Vitamin Well is still very much a Swedish company, promoting Swedish values when it comes to both business and people. We treat each other in a fair and equal way, and we respect one another based on our qualities. As we expand Vitamin Well Group's business, we are also committed to minimizing our environmental impact and continuously strive to lower emissions from for example production, logistics, and packaging.

Working at Vitamin Well, we provide a dynamic environment defined by ambition, dedication, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In our action-oriented culture, the ability to make swift decisions is paramount in bringing ideas to fruition. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where every individual's unique strengths contribute to our collective success. As a health and exercise-oriented company, we inspire an active lifestyle by partnering with top-performing athletes, but we also promote and support exercise among our employees.

As part of the recruitment process, we may ask you to conduct a personality test as well as a test that measures logical ability. The purpose of the tests is to evaluate candidates as objective as possible and identify the best possible match for the role. The tests are based on solid research and are taken through our partner Alva Labs.
