Your responsibilities

As an Order Management Specialist within ABB Electrification, Distributed Solutions in Sweden, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, ensuring that every interaction—from order registration to invoicing—is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This position is onsite at our office in Västerås, Sweden. We believe in the value of close collaboration and teamwork, and you will be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions make a real impact.

• Manage customer orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, and invoicing to proactively address potential issues.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Support escalation and expediting processes when necessary.

Qualifications For The Role

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership of customer issues.
• Excellent multitasking and self-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively within an organization.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and an understanding of electronic order flows; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
