Objectives / Tasks / Responsibilities / Authority
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter, ansvar & befogenheter:

  • Member of the Management Team of Biora.
  • Overall responsibility for the supply chain and production operations of all Biora products
  • Drive Safety, development, and team building initiatives within supply chain and production team members
  • Build a continuous improvement and customer focused mindset within the team
  • Ensure compliance with Straumann policies, ISO, GMP, Environmental Health and Safety, and other corporate standards.
  • Coordinate local implementation of corporate initiatives, policies, and proce-dures.
  • Coordinating with global teams to optimize supply chain and reduce costs
  • Responsible for:
  • Site demand planning
  • Inventory management
  • Site procurement and supplier/contractor relations including negotiations and complaint handling
  • Shipping and Receiving including import/export logistics
  • SAP power user competence (PP and MM modules) including master data creation, extension, and maintenance
  • Production planning
  • Personnel and work environment within production
  • Ensuring personnel has appropriate qualifications and competence to per-form their tasks
  • Production and Supply Chain KPIs, SOPs, and their adherence

Education / Professional Experience / Qualification / Competencies
Utbildning / yrkeserfarenhet / kvalifikationer / kompetenskrav:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering (or equiva-lent experience).
  • Strong competence in SAP (PP, MM, SD) and understanding of SAP Fi-nance/Controlling integration.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably in med-tech or pharma-ceutical environment
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
