Head of Supply Chain

Rugvista is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop our global operations. In this role, you will build strong supplier partnerships, drive efficiency, and ensure we deliver sustainable, high-quality products at the right time and cost.

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be central to Rugvista's growth and long-term success. You will oversee sourcing strategies, supplier relations, logistics, production planning, quality assurance, and order placement in line with budget – always with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. You will lead and inspire a dedicated Supply Chain team and report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire the Supply Chain team
• Define and implement sourcing and supplier strategies that ensure long-term success
• Drive supplier negotiations, agreements, and contract management
• Apply strong business acumen to ensure that sourcing and supplier decisions align with Rugvista's overall commercial objectives and long-term profitability
• Oversee production planning, quality control, and supplier evaluations
• Conduct risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Design, Merchandising, and Sustainability
• Monitor global market trends, costs, and risks to secure competitiveness
• Manage logistics operations to ensure cost-efficient and reliable delivery
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and social responsibility standards
• Oversee order placement according to budget

What you bring

• Proven experience in international supply chain leadership, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, sourcing, and production management
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate risks and seize opportunities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, building trust internally and externally
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
• A valid Swedish work permit
