Design, build, and evolve

Lead technical direction
within projects and mentor other developers through complex problem-solving.

through automation, modernization, and new integrations — from logistics partners to sister companies.
Collaborate across teams
to bridge business needs and technical execution.
Strengthen reliability and scalability
across our .NET ecosystem — keeping millions of transactions flowing seamlessly.

Who You Are
You're an experienced engineer who loves tackling complexity and turning it into clarity. You thrive in fast-paced environments where real impact is visible every day. You're both hands-on and strategic — equally comfortable writing elegant .NET code as you are leading architectural discussions.
You'll Fit Right In If You
- Write clean, maintainable C#/.NET code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Understand system architecture, distributed systems, and data flow in complex environments.
- Have strong problem-solving and debugging skills — you stay calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
- Enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge, and lifting others around you.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Extra kudos if you bring
Experience in
logistics, e-commerce, or ERP/WMS systems
