About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
We're now looking for a
Reward Manager
to own the compensation, benefits, and mobility frameworks that help Legora attract, reward, and retain exceptional talent. This is a strategic-yet-hands-on role shaping how we scale fairly, competitively, and consistently across markets.
The Opportunity
You'll be the architect of Legora's global reward programs - building the structures that ensure we reward people equitably, competitively, and transparently.
You'll design and evolve our compensation philosophy and benefits strategy frameworks across multiple markets, balancing regulatory rigour with simplicity and clarity.
This role is perfect for someone who loves combining data, structure, and people insight - someone who thrives at making reward practices both fair and scalable as we grow fast across the world.
What You'll Do
- Lead Legora's global compensation cycle, from benchmarking to calibration to communication, ensuring fairness and alignment with our philosophy.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking across all markets to ensure Legora remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with our compensation philosophy.
- Develop and manage our global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and a great employee experience across all markets.
- Manage and evolve Legora's equity program, ensuring employees understand its value and that it is administered accurately and consistently across regions.
- Partner with Finance on compensation planning, payroll alignment, equity modelling, and reward analytics.
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance in compensation, benefits, and equity practices across jurisdictions.
- Build templates, policies, and toolkits that make reward processes clear, scalable, and transparent across the organization.
- Educate managers and employees on compensation, benefits, and equity topics - enabling clarity, confidence, and well-informed decision-making.
- Improve and streamline reward workflows, using data and systems to reduce complexity and increase accuracy.
Who You Are
You're analytical, structured, and passionate about creating fair and scalable reward systems. You enjoy turning complexity into clarity and thrive in environments where you can build from the ground up.
We think you'll excel in this role if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or a related People role in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, and job architecture.
- Experience with global benefits design or procurement; exposure to equity programs is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability i.e. you enjoy numbers, patterns, and turning data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex reward topics simply and clearly.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Legal, with strong judgment and attention to detail.
Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
