Ready to lead the Nordics for one of Europe's most innovative fintechs?
We're working with a fast-scaling European fintech platform that's reinventing how financial institutions trade debt portfolios. This company connects buyers and sellers of debt in a fully digital, real-time auction environment – bringing transparency, speed, and efficiency to a market long stuck in outdated processes.
As they expand into the Nordics, we're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take ownership of regional growth – starting in Sweden and growing across Denmark, Norway, and Finland. For the right person, this role is a fast track to becoming Head of Sales Nordics.
What you'll be doingDeveloping and owning the sales strategy for the Nordic markets (starting with Sweden)
Acquiring both sellers and buyers of B2B and B2C debt portfolios – banks, lenders, BNPLs, telecoms, insurers, utilities, debt buyers, and more
Managing and growing a local sales team (2–3 FTE at launch stage)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients – from investors to financial intermediaries
Using CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on KPIs
Attending industry conferences and events to expand market reach and drive leads
Collaborating directly with the global management team to shape and refine go-to-market strategies
Hitting and exceeding sales targets – and getting well rewarded for it
Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, credit management, or debt trading
Strong network among institutional buyers or sellers of debt portfolios is a major plus
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage complex sales cycles
Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
Prior team leadership experience is a nice-to-have – but potential to grow into that role is key
Strong presence, business acumen, and ability to represent the company with confidence and credibility
Base salary: €5,000–€8,000/month gross, depending on experience and market
Uncapped sales commission – earn 5% on closed deals
ESOP available for top candidates
Full-time contract with performance-based progression toward Head of Sales Nordics
Flexible working setup (Warsaw-based HQ, hybrid possible, frequent travel in Nordics)
Direct influence on strategy, product-market fit, and regional scaling
