Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will guide a team of skilled engineers working on core components of the software that powers our world class robot controllers. Your Responsibilities

• Lead a scrum team of skilled software developers working with industrial Ethernet and fieldbus networks.
• Drive the development of next-generation industrial communication technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner in backlog management and planning.
• Moderate agile events and foster a collaborative and supportive working culture.
• Be hands-on when needed, contributing to development in C/C++.
• Ensure robust certification and integration of fieldbus technologies.
• Support the full development cycle – from design and implementation to testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• You have a master's degree with a background in software development from your studies and previous work.
• 5+ years of work experience within the relevant field of Software development.
• Experience of working with real-time systems with limited resources or other systems with high demands for robust performance.
• Experience in testing and competence in C, C++
• Experience in Ethernet-based fieldbuses (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, CC-Link and EtherCAT) is considered qualifying.
• You like challenging your abilities and enjoy having a lot of responsibility when developing time-critical embedded software in collaboration with others and with a positive mindset, enjoying sharing knowledge and ideas.
• We value profiles that are curious and have a strong drive, but most importantly we believe in having fun at work and as a team player we hope you have great social skills and an easy-going attitude.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish is required.
