Your Responsibilities
Are you passionate about software development and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment? We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the next generation Distributed Control System.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop software for the next generation Distributed Control System
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives that enhance operations and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate within a team, taking ownership of your tasks while contributing to shared goals
• Embody ABB's core values of safety and integrity—taking responsibility for your actions while fostering a supportive and ethical workplace

Your Background

• A university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and C++
• Experience with Distributed Control Systems and OPC UA is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, is a plus
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written

PCP develops automation products - hardware and software - for monitoring, process control and optimization. We have automation products for all kinds of industries all over the world.
