Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Bravura Full time

Do you want a broad and independent HR role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact? As PX Manager at Dstny, you will play a key role in the organization, working closely with senior leadership to drive and develop HR processes end-to-end. We are looking for someone with solid expertise in Swedish labor law and collective agreements, who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute to an international environment where engagement and development are at the forefront. Apply today

Absout the position

This is a direct recruitment with immediate start, meaning the process is managed by Bravura and you will be employed directly by Dstny.

About the company

Dstny delivers communication solutions and business telephony that work seamlessly across all devices and operators for companies of all sizes. Guided by the vision of shaping the future of business communication, they continuously develop services to make them safer and easier to use. They also create new features—both independently and in collaboration with partners—to simplify the workday for end users.

Dstny is a European leader and innovator in secure cloud communication, bringing together business communication tools in one platform—the cloud. The company has around 1,000 employees across seven European countries, with headquarters in Brussels. In Sweden, the organization consists of approximately 130 employees across three legal entities, closely connected to the group's HQ in Belgium.

What they offer

  • A broad and independent HR role with significant operational responsibility
  • The opportunity to influence and improve processes in an international environment
  • Close collaboration with the Managing Director Sweden and the leadership team
  • A culture characterized by engagement, collaboration, and development

Responsibilities

As PX (People Experience) Manager, you will oversee the entire HR function in Sweden—from labor law and union relations to payroll processes, recruitment, and employee development. This is a hands-on role covering everything from daily HR matters to driving improvements and implementing global guidelines. You will work closely with senior leadership and ensure smooth processes while contributing to efficiency and change initiatives.

Your agenda will include annual salary reviews, onboarding, development cycles in Q7, and projects related to workplace environment and policy changes. You will also manage collective agreement matters, negotiations, and union relations (Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer). The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to build trust, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. You report to the Chief People Experience Officer based at the group's headquarters in Brussels.

  • Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and manage union relations (MBL, collective agreements)
  • Oversee and quality-assure the payroll process in collaboration with an external consultant
  • Drive the HR annual cycle: salary reviews, performance reviews, and onboarding
  • Implement global guidelines and work with HR systems (Flex HRM, Q7)
  • Support managers in recruitment, change management, and employee development

Qualifications and personal attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Approximately 8 years of broad HR experience in a similar role, such as HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • Several years of experience working in an international environment and matrix organization
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, MBL, and collective agreements
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with broad responsibility and can prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment. You are confident in your expertise, able to navigate complex situations, and manage multiple stakeholders. You are positive, solution-oriented, and exercise good judgment under pressure. The role requires a hands-on approach while also challenging and providing constructive feedback when needed. You naturally build trust, create structure, and communicate clearly. Resilience, flexibility, and professionalism are key to success.
