We are looking for a
Swedish speaking Senior IT Project Manager
to lead the delivery of a strategic website migration project, moving to a secure and scalable
Azure environment
. This role is key to improving our platform's
bandwidth, stability, security
, and overall resilience.

The Senior IT Project Manager will manage all IT aspects of the project, ensuring delivery within
scope, budget, and schedule
while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with technical experts from our
Web Digital Solutions
team to deliver a future-proof solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT project delivery, ensuring objectives, budget, time, quality, and scope are met.
  • Lead
    project design
    — defining resource commitments, project goals, deliverables, and results.
  • Oversee
    project planning
    , contracting (for third-party vendors), and resource management.
  • Maintain
    budget control
    , risk management, and progress tracking through all project phases.
  • Drive
    project closure
    with documented outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, management, and business units.
  • Apply both
    traditional (Waterfall)
    and
    Agile / Scrum
    methodologies where appropriate.

kills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an
    IT Project Manager
    or
    Scrum Master
    (5–9 years).
  • Strong understanding of
    IT infrastructure
    ,
    cloud technologies
    , and
    Azure environments
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to manage
    complex technology projects
    from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management
    ,
    communication
    , and
    reporting
    skills.
  • Experience coordinating
    cross-functional teams
    in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with
    technical project governance
    , resource planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.
