We're looking for a
Senior Project Manager
to join our FSP team, dedicated to a global sponsor driving CNS innovation.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of projects ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Act as senior point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead sponsor oversight and study close-out activities.
  • Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in business development activities such as bid defenses and proposal reviews (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in clinical project management.
  • Proven experience with sponsor oversight and closing studies.
  • Experience in CNS studies, ideally Parkinson's disease.
  • Based in Stockholm, able to work on-site at the office.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical regulations, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
