About the Role:
As Product Owner for Digital Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the digital landscape of World of Volvo. This is not a traditional IT role — it's a hands-on, cross-functional position where technology, creativity, and user experience meet.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating our digital initiatives — from daily operations and platform maintenance to new development projects that push our digital capabilities forward. Working closely with colleagues across all departments, you'll turn ideas and needs into scalable, user-centric solutions that improve how we work and how our guests experience World of Volvo.

Your responsibilities will stretch across system management, integrations, and vendor coordination, but also include a strong focus on continuous improvement. You'll ensure that our digital tools, data flows, and processes not only function reliably but evolve intelligently over time.

This role requires someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — who can design a roadmap, but also roll up their sleeves to solve a technical issue or configure a workflow. You'll act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring alignment between user needs, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

In short: you'll be the driving force behind our digital ecosystem — ensuring it runs smoothly today while preparing it for tomorrow.

What will you get to do?

  • Lead and coordinate digital development projects from concept to delivery
  • Translate stakeholder needs into user-centric digital solutions
  • Manage and support our core systems, integrations, and digital workflows
  • Provide hands-on user support and troubleshoot issues across platforms
  • Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners
  • Oversee change management and system development activities
  • Conduct financial follow-ups and contribute to cost-efficiency goals
  • Set up smart, scalable digital tools and workflows — sometimes on the fly
  • Act as a digital operations lead, maintaining a holistic view of the IT landscape

Who you are:
You are a proactive and solution-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You balance structure with flexibility and enjoy turning complex challenges into smooth digital experiences.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Technically grounded — ideally with experience in software development and object-oriented programming
  • Curious and eager to understand how systems connect and how data flows
  • Detail-oriented when needed, but always keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Collaborative and communicative, with strong stakeholder management skills
