Who we're looking for

Join Quartr as a Motion Designer to help us bring our brand and products to life in new, visually stunning ways.

As our Motion Designer, you'll take the lead on creating bold, polished, and high-impact motion graphics that elevate our marketing, brand, and product storytelling. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to craft visuals that capture attention and strengthen Quartr's position as a global leader.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Maintain and evolve our motion design guidelines to keep the Quartr brand sharp and consistent.
  • Experiment with new formats and creative techniques to push boundaries and keep our content fresh.

Required skills

  • 3–5 years of professional motion design experience.
  • A portfolio that showcases exceptional motion work, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
  • Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual rhythm.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong brand sensibility – understand how to translate Quartr's visual identity into motion while keeping it consistent, modern, and differentiated.
