We're looking for a Performance Designer to join the team working on our flagship app, SCRL, a top-ranked tool for social media content creation that blends collage-making, storytelling, and photo editing.

Role Overview

As a Performance Designer, you will produce marketing assets that drive results, blending creativity with data-driven insights. You'll be part of the in-house creative team and drive SCRL's growth by producing high-performing digital ads.

What you will do

  • Create high-quality ads for social platforms that drive results according to defined KPIs
  • Mix user-generated content with motion graphics
  • Use data to figure out what's working and keep iterating
  • Stay on top of social media trends to stay relevant and competitive
  • Make ads in English plus localized versions that actually connect with different audiences

You should have

  • 2+ years of motion design and video editing experience, especially for social media and performance marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects especially)
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and passion for coming up with ideas for creative A/B tests
  • Clear communication skills to explain your ideas to teammates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work at a high pace without compromising quality
  • Agency experience or working with apps is a nice bonus
