Your role
In the Accelerate Program, you will experience continuous growth with the flexibility to advance through specialized training within Pega and certifications, focusing on upskilling. The Accelerate Program includes tailored training to enhance your Pega skills, alongside mentorship opportunities from experienced consultants at Capgemini. In addition, you will receive training in sales to strengthen your ability to support customers during their digital transformation, as well as leadership training designed to develop your ability to lead teams and drive initiatives effectively.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our partner Pega. Specialize in developing and optimizing business process management solutions using Pega. Ensure streamlined operations and improved customer experiences, establishing yourself as a key expert in this transformative technology.
Engage in innovative projects that will immerse you in the latest technologies and methodologies. Explore diverse roles and gain invaluable global exposure by working on international projects, with teams from around the world
Your profile
- Two to five years of experience in software development
- Relevant academic degree
- The ambition to grow within Pega
- Fluency in Swedish is required
- Previous experience in the public sector is considered an advantage
- Experience as a consultant is considered an advantage
