Process owner
for
Lead-to-Cash
, spanning our core business value flows from marketing/lead generation, through sales/order management, service delivery, to invoicing and cash collection. By aligning business objectives, continuous improvement initiatives, process excellence and IT development, this role will be key for Arelion's transformation journey,
driving efficiency, cash generation, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience from process ownership and a similar setup as Arelion, ideally within a telecommunications industry environment
- Strong understanding of process management and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with process mapping methodology and tools.
- Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
- Relevant education in business, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or change management.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and document the process and lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Based on business objectives, define and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the process is efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs, as well as compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issues related to the process, and work with business stakeholders to collect, qualify and drive improvement ideas, combining them into a comprehensive and prioritized agenda.
- Work in tight dialogue with the business representatives and the IT-organization, acting as the business owner for O2C-related systems (ERP, CRM, billing platforms), and collaborating with IT (business analysts, solution architects and experts) to analyze, prioritize and sequence development projects/backlog items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Provide training and support to process users and stakeholders.
