Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (5+ years experience) with a strong focus on UX and discovery to join our mission of reducing complexity to improve safety for sports enthusiasts and industrial athletes. Digital Safety Standard for Adventures and Jobsites.

You will have significant ownership from day one. This role is designed for someone who wants to drive projects end‑to‑end, lead work inside cross‑functional project groups, work closely with engineers, and take accountability for adoption and impact. You will often act as the design lead within a project group — shaping scope, aligning teams, clarifying requirements, and ensuring we ship valuable outcomes quickly.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about UX, user discovery, and simplifying complex systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants to spend meaningful time with customers, uncover real pain points, sketch fast, test fast, and iterate toward clarity.

You will work alongside our existing Senior Product Designer, who focuses more on strategic design, UI craft, and design system leadership. You will collaborate closely across all areas of design, but your strength should be user experience, rapid exploration, and continuous validation.

You'll shape experiences across the full Twiceme ecosystem — connected safety gear → mobile app → Safety Management Portal (SMP). Simplicity is the guiding principle.

• Lead UX discovery: customer interviews, prototype tests, shadowing, field insights, and RISE-style validation.
• Turn complex logic, multiple user roles, and operational workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• Produce wireframes, IA structures, and low-fidelity prototypes in minutes, not days.
• Design in Figma, contributing both UX and UI while continuously improving the design library.
• Collaborate closely with your design counterpart on UI, patterns, and strategy.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
• Own feature adoption metrics and translate design decisions into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead features within cross-functional tribes/project groups, keeping momentum and clarity high.
• Ship small, learn fast: release early versions, analyze behavior, test with users, and refine.
• Work tightly with the PM, developers, and leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver value.

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on UX and discovery.
• Strong UI capabilities and comfortable working within and expanding a design system.
• Thrives on talking to customers and uncovering what truly matters.
• Excellent at simplifying complex user journeys across multi-role ecosystems.
• Fluent in Figma.
• Comfortable leading projects from insight to launch.
• Natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
• Uses AI tools as part of everyday design work.
• Prefers iterative, experiment-driven development over big, slow releases.
• Bonus points for:
• Experience with safety-critical or compliance-heavy products.
• Familiarity with data-driven design, analytics tools, or experiment frameworks.
• Experience designing for mobile and desktop ecosystems simultaneously.
