Our client is on a mission to transform how customers get help, and they need an experienced Product Manager to lead the charge.

What you'll do:
Shape the next-generation support experience from discovery to delivery and iteration.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and key stakeholders to launch seamless digital experiences.
Define, track, and optimize success metrics such as deflection rate, CSAT, and chat adoption.
Leverage experimentation and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product improvements.
You'll join a global, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering exceptional digital support. You'll work with diverse expertise in Product Design, Analytics, and Engineering, shaping a service that sets the standard for digital customer experience.

An experienced Product Manager (minimum 6 years) with a strong digital background, ideally in Retail, AI, or Customer Support.
A clear and effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused, data-informed, and skilled at prioritizing impact.
Comfortable with ambiguity, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
Curious and proactive, always looking for smarter ways to serve customers and enhance team workflows.
