Job Title: SAP S4HANA PM Consultant
Total Experience Required: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software
Relevant Experience Required: 8+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a strong background in implementation or support roles, including hands-on involvement in S4HANA migrations.
Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.
Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 3 times a week at office)
Languages Required: English
Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Sweden
Work Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade SAP PM modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with S4HANA capabilities.
- Support project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Prepare documentation, functional specifications, and integration models.
- Resolve system issues and enhance functionality as per client specifications.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in SAP PM processes and S4HANA implementation/migration.
- Solid experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Strong understanding of integration flows between SAP modules, particularly with MM.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Proficient in creating functional specifications and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Optional Skills:
- Basic ABAP programming knowledge for troubleshooting custom developments.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
