We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Design Configuration Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP EPPM solutions. This role will involve blueprinting, configuration, and integration of key SAP modules such as PPM, PS, and CPM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End SAP EPPM Implementation:
    Lead the complete implementation process for SAP EPPM, including blueprinting, configuration, and integration of modules like PPM, PS, and CPM.
  • Business Process Alignment:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, define requirements, and translate these into efficient SAP solutions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Project Structure Management:
    Design and configure project structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, and activities. Ensure alignment with cost planning and resource allocation.
  • Integration Expertise:
    Manage the seamless integration of EPPM with other SAP modules such as FICO (Finance & Controlling), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Develop and implement customized reporting solutions using SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics to track project and portfolio performance. Deliver dashboards and KPIs to ensure full project visibility.
  • User Engagement & Training:
    Conduct workshops, user training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the successful adoption and optimal use of SAP solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support:
    Provide ongoing support, monitor system performance, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for continuous system optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP EPPM Expertise:
    Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA, specifically in SAP PS, PPM, and CPM modules.
  • End-to-End Implementation:
    Proven track record in managing the full SAP implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Functional Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of project management concepts, including financial planning, resource management, and cost/revenue tracking within SAP.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Expertise in configuring SAP project structures, designing SAP Fiori apps, and utilizing embedded analytics for reporting.
