The Opportunity

We're looking for a
Senior UX & UI Designer
to create digital experiences that are both visually exceptional and deeply usable. You'll take ownership of projects from concept to completion — translating insight into design systems, wireframes, and interfaces that connect people and brands.

You'll work closely with strategists, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life — blending creativity with structure, and design thinking with real-world execution. From simplifying complex B2B journeys to crafting immersive consumer experiences, your work will help define how design drives business success at Vaimo.

This is a
hands-on role for someone who loves to design
— to prototype, test, refine, and deliver. You'll balance detail with big-picture thinking and ensure that every experience we create feels thoughtful, purposeful, and beautifully made.

What You'll Do

• Design experiences end to end — from insight and concept to high-fidelity UI and design systems.
• Turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions through structured UX thinking, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and content specialists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences.
• Lead client workshops and design reviews, helping teams align around user needs and business goals.
• Prototype, test, and iterate based on data and feedback — ensuring every detail serves both form and function.
• Contribute to our design system practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and craft across platforms.
• Support and mentor other designers, sharing knowledge and elevating the overall quality of design delivery.
• Show the value of design in pitches and client discussions by presenting your work with clarity and purpose.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI design — from research and structure to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Proven experience designing for both B2C and B2B digital products, ideally within an agency or consultancy setting.
• Deep understanding of design systems, interaction patterns, prototyping tools, and user-centered methodologies.
• A strategic mindset — you think beyond screens to understand customer journeys, business goals, and technology frameworks.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can present ideas clearly, build trust, and bring stakeholders along the design process.
• A passion for creating usable, elegant, and emotionally resonant digital experiences.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Familiarity with commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify) is a plus.
