Senior UX Designer

About The Role
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who sees patterns in chaos, beauty in complexity, and opportunity in every user challenge. You'll help shape the future of our product experience, elevating how users move through our platform and ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional, intuitive, and cohesive. You'll guide our design system into its next evolution, collaborate with people who value great design, and champion user-centered thinking across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX initiatives from spark-to-screenshot: research, ideation, flows, prototypes, and polished designs that make people say, "oh wow, that makes sense now."
• Own our design system as both architect and storyteller — ensuring it grows with us while staying elegant, accessible, and easy to love.
• Turn insights from user research and testing into product improvements that feel obvious in hindsight.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to turn concepts into reality with clarity and craftsmanship.
• Shape and elevate our design culture, sharing inspiration, improving processes, and mentoring through example.
• Use data, intuition, and curiosity to improve workflows, refine interactions, and boost user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of UX experience designing for SaaS or other complex digital environments.
• Deep experience building and maintaining Figma design systems that scale gracefully.
• A strong grasp of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design.
• A portfolio full of thoughtful storytelling, systems thinking, and elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence without ego.
• A history of thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.

*What Sets You Apart*

• Knowledge of Material Design 3 or large-scale design frameworks.
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces, workflow builders, or admin tooling.
• Curiosity about (or experience with) front-end tech like HTML, CSS, or React.
