Must have:

Senior project manager who can drive the project according to a standard/generic model. Along with several years of experience leading business and IT transformations with a focus on finance and purchasing.

Experience/Knowledge of agile methods.

Experience in change management & business development.

Very good understanding of financial processes and economic models.

Experience in leading ERP projects, preferably within SAP ERP and S/4 transformation.

The consultant has good communication skills and you express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Interest in and ability to lead specialists.

Previous experience in process development, IT requirements, procurement of IT systems and implementation of projects in the energy industry.
