About

The digital key platform team develop digital key hardware, verifies and validates the end customer behavior as well as manage our suppliers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer with the main objective of developing hardware for a key fob.

What you'll do

The team that you will work with are responsible for the hardware development of our Digital key solution and surrounding interface components. You will be responsible for securing quality of the products by leading design reviews, support quality & certification continuous development, discuss with experts and other engineers, review test plans, judge test results, work with design pre-requisites / design specifications and follow up with manufacturing partners.

Deep dives into the electronic and mechanical aspects of the hardware are also part of the assignment. You will work closely with design & manufacturing partners and be part of an international team to secure the development of Connectivity systems hardware. You will lead Connectivity system hardware development and secure base concept requirements as well as coordinate with development partners, in-house development and validation activities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Swedish

  • University degree in embedded electronics hardware or electronics hardware design or have gained equivalent skills from experience of working within these areas.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from the car industry or consumer market Hardware development.
  • Experience of FMEA, DV/PV test, ISO-TS, EMC.
