About the role As a Hardware Architect at Coretura, you will be responsible for creating robust, high‑performing hardware platforms that power the next generation of automotive technology. Your work spans the full hardware lifecycle: from concept and architecture to development, validation, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with HW/ECU owners, Tier 1 suppliers, and leading automotive partners to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep engineering experience with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Your responsibilities include - Lead the design and development of high‑performance computing systems - Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of hardware solutions - Ownership for safety architecture and safety hardware metrics - Provide technical vision that helps shape Coretura’s long-term hardware strategy - Support HW/ECU component owners in discussions with partners and suppliers - Perform hands‑on testing and validation of hardware components - Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers to ensure quality, alignment, and innovation - Address technical questions from both internal and external stakeholders Who we’re looking for We believe you are an experienced hardware engineer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys contributing both strategically and technically. You are used to driving delivery, coordinating with partners, and ensuring hardware excellence in the automotive space. We think you have: - A BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field - Extensive experience in PCB design and hardware architecture - A proven track record working with Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry - Strong project ownership and delivery skills for HPC systems - Hands‑on experience with hardware testing and validation - The ability to provide technical leadership and steer discussions Why Coretura?
