About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Industrialization Project Manager
to lead complex manufacturing and engineering projects from design through full-scale production. You'll drive industrial readiness, process optimization, and seamless collaboration across engineering, production, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage
    end-to-end industrialization projects
    with high complexity and business impact.
  • Develop and execute
    operational project plans
    , schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee
    production setup, testing, and commissioning
    of equipment or infrastructure.
  • Ensure
    project quality, cost, and delivery targets
    are achieved.
  • Lead
    cross-functional teams
    and mentor junior project members.
  • Identify risks, manage resources, and drive
    continuous improvement
    .

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years
    of experience in industrialization or manufacturing project management.
  • Proven ability to manage
    large-scale engineering projects
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    production processes and industrial systems
    .
  • Skilled in
    planning, budgeting, and risk management
    .
  • Project Management certification
    (PMP, IPMA, or Prince2) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
