Om programmet

Inom Swedtrain Internship Program får en grupp studenter möjligheten att arbeta på olika företag inom järnvägsbranschen med lön under sommaren 2025. I programmet medverkar både tillverkande företag och konsultföretag, vilket gör att du får en unik inblick i olika delar av järnvägsbranschen. Du får bland annat testa på konsultrollen, medverka i workshops, göra spännande studiebesök i depå och verkstadsmiljö, göra analyser, sammanställa rapportunderlag och bidra med förslag till effektivisering. Dessutom kommer du att få en förståelse för de olika företagens kulturer och möjlighet att knyta värdefulla kontakter. Flera av våra deltagare har efter genomfört program fått erbjudande om anställning eller möjlighet att skriva exjobb.

Programmet pågår under fyra veckor, i juni. Totalt spenderas cirka en vecka på respektive företag.

Alstom, Vossloh Nordic Switch Systems, Wabtec Faiveley Nordic och WSP
.

Praktisk information

  • Plats:
    Arbetet utgår från Stockholm men deltagarna kommer spendera mycket tid på andra orter samt eventuellt hemifrån under delar av perioden. Boende och transporter utanför Stockholm ingår i programmet. Resor sker med tåg.
  • Sista ansökningsdag:
    2 februari 2026, urval sker först efter att ansökningstiden löpt ut.
  • Tillträde:
    Juni 2026
  • Boende och transporter
     ingår i programmet med utgångspunkt från Stockholm.
  • Lön
     betalas ut under de veckor som programmet pågår.

Vi söker dig som

  • är nyfiken på att lära dig mer om järnvägsbranschen, du behöver inte ha med dig några tidigare erfarenheter från branschen.
  • fortfarande studerar, men har kommit en bit på vägen i din högskoleutbildning. Vi välkomnar ansökningar från olika inriktningar, tekniska så väl som övriga.
  • har god kommunikationsförmåga och lätt för att samarbeta i grupp.
  • har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Internshipet hålls på svenska.
