We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Project Procurement Manager with interest for large-scale, complex projects. You have over 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement, with a passion for business and a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion. You are skilled in negotiating intricate global contracts and thrive on building and nurturing relationships with both suppliers and internal project stakeholders. Your approach is defined by a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to meticulous execution.

As Project Procurement Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead Project Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for major projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality requirements.
• End-to-End Procurement Management: Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for projects, from initial needs assessment and supplier selection to contract negotiation, administration, and performance management.
• Complex Negotiations: Lead negotiations for large-scale, high-value contracts, ensuring optimal terms, conditions, and risk allocation for the project.
• Supplier & Risk Management: Proactively identify and qualify suppliers, monitor their performance, and implement robust risk mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and prevent delays.
• Stakeholder Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between the procurement function and project-specific stakeholders, including engineering, legal, finance, and project management teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular, detailed reports on procurement status, cost performance, and supplier metrics to project leadership.
   

We are looking for both junior and senior professionals within procurement. Whether you are early in your career or bring extensive experience, we offer a role that can be adapted to your background and strengths. To succeed in this role, you have some or several of the following skills and qualifications:

• Project-Based Procurement Expertise: Extensive knowledge and practical application of project-specific procurement methodologies, including RFP management, contract strategy, and administration in a project environment.
• Project and Financial Acumen: Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage project budgets, track costs, and identify savings opportunities.
• Complex System Sourcing: Significant experience in the procurement of complex systems, such as IT infrastructure, defense systems, or large-scale machinery, where technical specifications and delivery schedules are critical.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead discussions and manage expectations among diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management Certification: Demonstrated project management capability, with certifications such as PMP or equivalent being a distinct advantage.
• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, Project management or a related technical field.

Experience within technology-driven industries and a proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously is highly desirable.
