Responsibilities
- Craft clear, compelling, and conversion-oriented copy for CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.)
- Collaborate with CRM managers, campaign strategists, designers, and data analysts to tailor messages based on audience segments and behavioral triggers
- Create and evolve impactful messaging and coms strategy and content for new product releases, press releases, overall ad messaging and key event campaigns
- Play a key role together with Marketing Director and Head of brand contributing to create brand stories and messaging "Big Ideas" to help us improve positioning and attractiveness of the brand and our serv ices/products
- Develop content calendars aligned with lifecycle marketing and promotional strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and tone; analyze performance data and optimize based on insights
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all CRM touchpoints, adapting tone to fit segment, channel, and campaign goals
- Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform and refine messaging approach
- Ensure all copy meets quality benchmarks—accuracy, clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance (where applicable)
- Align and drive brand and content consistency collaboratively together with the rest of the Studio and production team.
Location
Permanent hire based in Stockholm (Hybrid).
Reports and organization structure
Direct reporting line into Head of CRM, France - with a dotted line into the
Head of Brand and Marketing Director.
Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting—preferably within CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing roles
Competencies:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; meticulous attention to tone and detail
- Ability to craft compelling, original, and persuasive copy for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Skilled at defining, maintaining, and evolving a consistent brand tone and style.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing
